GLUTEN WORLD is a Youtube research channel at the intersection of Art, Science and Networks. Gluten is taken as a subject, but also as a metaphor, a prism through which we see things. We stretch subjects the way we stretch bread dough, in an attempt to build a shared imaginary, inspired by Youtube practices.
