Guillemette Ridet - F11

Guillemette Ridet (FR) has lived and worked in Brussels since 2019. She obtained a DNA in Fine Arts at ESADTPM (2018, Toulon, FR), then her Master's at La Cambre (2020, Brussels, BE).

As a visual artist and book designer, her work is rooted in a constant back-and-forth between object design and textual and plastic production. Her aim is to explore the spaces of the book in order to rediscover and experience the practice of reading.

Experiment with the way in which text, reading and reader are articulated in space and interact together, in order to think of the book and its spaces as a sensitive artistic experience.
