Leen Van Dommelen is a Belgian performer and visual artist. Through her work, she dissects the body in a fragile interplay between cruelty and poetry, control and loss of control. Her work, in performance and installation, seeks a vulnerable confrontation between the spectator's gaze and the self-conscious introspective eye.
