Mehmed Mehmedov is a multi-disciplinary artist whose primary interest is in leaving a trace.
Drawing inspiration from prehistoric art and its necessary mural paintings to contemporary art with its explosion of worlds, his stroke takes us to another place; between reality and fiction.

𝕃𝕦𝕔𝕒𝕤 𝔾𝕚

He sees the creation of an image as an enigma, a construction game. For him, it's a means of questioning and discovery. It's a process he likes to see as infinite, constantly nourished by the dialogue between his personal inspirations, the dynamics of his environment and the people who make him up. He sees drawing as a way of welcoming the outside world, reappropriating it and connecting with it.
