03.03 > 12.03: Exhibition by Maira Selene Castro

Distorsion is the art gallery of the Grand Hospice. Its aim is to promote a culture that is accessible, local, supportive and, above all, alternative. At the beginning of March, it presents the collages of Maira Selene Castro (@mairaselene_), a self-taught, multi-disciplinary Argentinian artist who works by instinct and improvisation.

His aim: to reflect his fundamental principles: everything is in constant transformation and everything depends on perspective. What interests her is finding an alchemy between the images that surround her and the present moment. She sees her collages as a language that raises questions for the viewer, a resonance as a transformative tool for a more diverse world.
