NOV 19: BUTTERFLY CEMETERY

From November 10 to 20, the ninth edition of the National Prison Days will take place. JNP 2022!

Various events are organized around the country to mark the occasion.

Au Cimetière des Papillons is a collective theatrical, musical and audiovisual creation, in which Mohammed Mouhafi, James Vasse, Franco Bertinelli and Lucas Duparc deliver a short history of humanity in the heart of the prison environment, which under their gaze becomes a stunning mirror of our society.

A singular play on the theme of prison confinement, a performance about the social, psychological and material consequences of imprisonment, the explosive solidarity that results, and the inmates' compelling need to take hold of their story, tell it to others and replay it for themselves.
