NOV 20: MOVING FROM INTUITION WORKSHOP

In this movement workshop, we explore ways of expressing ourselves authentically through body language and dance. Using a variety of techniques, we exercise vulnerability, self-faithfulness and true connection to others. Dance experience is not required; anyone with a body is welcome.

The two sessions on 20/11 and 27/11 build on each other; little by little we'll try to increase our freedom of movement. The workshop welcomes queerness and neurodiversity. Don't hesitate to ask questions in advance.

About the workshop leader: Auke Mertens describes herself as a trans* performance artist and social worker. Their artistic practice is an experimental search for meaningful connection through improvisation and dance.
