For the duration of Plaisirs d'Hiver, the Grand Hospice will be organizing "Secret Garden" in collaboration with Jardin Hospice. A festive program of concerts, light installations and cultural events to extend the Christmas Market experience. The program will be rounded off by the Grande Nuit, a nocturnal open house showcasing the 120 projects housed at the Grand Hospice.
