Karma Club invites you this Friday to a 1? hour workshop in palm reflexology. This consists of an introduction to anti-stress self-massage, accompanied by an aperitif and a moment of conviviality.

This workshop will be led by Eva Sirgi, palm & foot reflexology therapist, trained in magnetism, dowsing, thetahealing and aromatology.

Discover how reflexology can help you in your daily life by stimulating a few reflex zones to calm your nervous system and cope with everyday stress. The workshop will begin with a small drawing of your card for the day and a short introduction to reflexology and its benefits. Eva will then show you a few zones to stimulate on your hands and how to work them for a relaxing effect on your body. Leave with your own little self-massage kit to practice at your own pace, whenever you like!
