19.03: FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS, PUTTING DOWN ROOTS

Karma Club invites you to discover family constellations, a 7-step process that can also be chosen à la carte.

This workshop is led by Audrey Marsin, therapist and systemic family constellation mediator.

For a plant to grow, it must first be placed in the right soil so that its roots can draw nourishment from it. Then, you have to give it the water and sunlight it needs to grow. The "S'ENRACINER" program is designed to take care of your roots: that's you, your family and the family system to which you belong.

It has been conceived as an evolutionary process whose aim is to enable you to (re)find stability, grounding, your right to exist and clearer direction in your everyday life. By cleansing and healing what needs to be healed in your system, by reconnecting to the gifts and resources your ancestors have passed on to you, you'll be freer to take actions that resonate with who you really are and what you want to create in your life.

Constellation is a way of representing, in a specific space and with caring people, a situation in which you feel stuck. Through symbolic acts and rituals, this therapeutic technique aims to bring balance and harmony where none exists. In this way, we can undo repetitive patterns and free ourselves from them, impacting not only ourselves but all the systems to which we belong.
